Field Technician ($11-13/hour) – Seasonal
There are three qualifications for this position: applicants must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a teachable spirit- everything else can be learned! Oasis Ponds & Patios is ready and willing to invest in you and your future in this company. Field Technicians serve in a variety of roles as needed, and are given the opportunities to strengthen and hone their skill sets as they discover where they fit best on our team. Like all employees, Field Technicians are encouraged to pursue additional training and experience opportunities which are often accompanied by financial rewards and are necessary for advancement. Valid driver’s license required.
Hardscapes Specialist ($13-$16/hour) – Seasonal
Hardscapes Specialists are experts in their trade and display superior knowledge in the field of landscaping and hardscaping. At a minimum, Hardscape Specialists must possess a CPI certification from the Interlocking Concrete Pavers Institute, with additional courses being preferable. CDL Preferred but not required.
Aquascapes Specialist ($13-$16/hour) – Seasonal
To ensure the highest quality products and installations, Oasis works closely with the team at Aquascape Inc. Our Aquascapes Specialists have travelled to Chicago for the hands-on course at Aqualand, in addition to completing the online training necessary to become a Certified Aquascape Contractor. CDL Preferred but not required.
Hardscapes Team Leader ($17-21/hour) – Seasonal
In addition to the skills listed for the Hardscapes Specialist, the Hardscapes Foreman also possesses leadership abilities. The Foreman is a highly motivated and organized individual that is passionate about the industry. The Foreman leads by example and performs all tasks with a spirit of excellence. The Foreman is responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the customer receives a quality experience from first contact to project completion. Must hold a valid CDL and have experience operating heavy equipment.
Aquascapes Team Leader ($17-21/hour) – Seasonal
In addition to the skills listed for the Aquascapes Specialist, the Aquascapes Foreman also possesses leadership abilities. The Foreman is a highly motivated and organized individual that is passionate about the industry. The Foreman leads by example and performs all tasks with a spirit of excellence. The Foreman is responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the customer receives a quality experience from first contact to project completion. Must hold a valid CDL and have experience operating heavy equipment.
Office Manager ($11-13/hour)
Superior inter-personal communication skills required. As our primary customer service representative, this team member manages all initial customer communication. The Office Manager works closely with all employees and assists them with all administrative tasks. Responsible for payroll, billing, banking, and data entry. Flexible hours available.
Construction Manager – Salary
The Construction Manager is a subject matter expert at all things Ponds and Patios and is ultimately responsible for the quality of work carried out at each level. The Construction Manager directly supervises each foreman the teams are given everything they need in order to be successful. The Construction Manager is responsible for the management and allocation of all construction resources and personnel to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Works closely with Project Manager to ensure the best possible customer experience is delivered and that the project is carried out to all correct specifications and within budget. Must hold valid CDL and all available certifications through ICPI and Aquascape.
Project Manager – Salary
The primary role of the Project Manager is to provide the customer with the optimal experience from first contact to the completion of the project. The Project manager provides on-site consultations, estimates job costs, and works closely with the Construction Manager and Foreman to ensure each project is carried out to standard and with the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
